Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a roofing laborer for our commercial maintenance crew. You will operate commercial-grade pressure washers and surface cleaners to strip dirt, debris, mold, and old coatings from large roofs, preparing surfaces for inspections or coatings.

The one-month project may convert to full-time with benefits; housing is provided and a daily per diem during travel. Travel to Claude, Texas project sites is required, and you will follow OSHA rules and wear

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely run gas-powered or electric pressure washers, hoses, surface cleaners, and recovery systems on commercial rooftops.
• Remove dirt, algae, loose gravel, and debris from single-ply, metal, or built-up commercial roof surfaces.
• Wear PPE and follow OSHA guidelines for working at heights, ladders, and wet surfaces.
• Load and unload equipment, connect water sources, manage drainage, and pack up tools at shift end.
• Inspect pressure washing gear, check fuel and oil levels, report equipment or roof damage to foreman.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on high-rise or low-slope roofs.

Job Summary:

We need a hard-working roofing laborer to join our commercial maintenance crew. You will use commercial-grade pressure washers and surface cleaners to remove dirt, debris, mold, and old coatings from large commercial roofs. Your work prepares the roof surface for inspections, repairs, or new waterproof coatings.

This project is expected to last one month, with the potential for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion. If converted to a permanent position, the employee would be eligible for the full benefits package outlined below.

This position will require travel to project sites in Claude Texas. Flynn will provide housing accommodation and a daily peridium

What We Are Seeking

• "Hands on" experience in preferred but not necessary.
