About the Opportunity

An established commercial roofing contractor in Springfield is looking to add dependable, hardworking team members to its field crew.

This opportunity is open to candidates with approximately 2-5 years of roofing, construction, or general labor experience. Previous commercial roofing experience is preferred for the higher end of the pay range, but the company is also open to candidates who are newer to the industry and interested in building a long-term career in commercial roofing.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a highly seasoned roofer. The company is looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, hardworking, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial roof installations, repairs, tear-offs, and replacements

Requirements

Candidates must:
