Surface Preparation Technologies LLC is seeking a LoadMore Sweeper Operator to support road cleaning projects across the country. The role involves extensive travel, lodging provided by the company, and a daily per diem.

You will review schedules with the foreman, ensure equipment readiness, perform inspections, and maintain accurate operational documentation. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid CDL B and DOT medical card, at least 1 year of DOT driving experience,

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid CDL B and DOT medical card.
• 1 year of DOT driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record or MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Review Daily Schedule: Review your daily work schedule and coordinate with the Project Foreman to confirm assignments, project locations, and job expectations.
• Equipment Readiness: Safely operate, inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on your assigned sweeper to ensure it is job-ready and operate efficiently each day.
• Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns before operating equipment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Accurately record daily time, engine hours, mileage, equipment inspections, incidents, maintenance needs, parts requests, and safety concerns using the company's designated reporting system or mobile application.
• Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner by maintaining positive working relationships and communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public.
• Adaptability & Dependability: Demonstrate flexibility by responding to changing job site conditions, adjusting to project needs, solving problems proactively, and maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.
