Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned stores, install displays for electronics, and collaborate with store staff across your market. This role emphasizes independent work with weekly pay, training, and a path to growth.

Ideal candidates bring basic merchandising or retail experience and are comfortable using a smartphone to report data and photos. Flexible hours, weekend coverage during peaks, and travel within the market are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete paid online training and in-store training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Partner with team members on 2–3 person projects like appliances or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships and report outcomes on time.
• Receive materials from home or FedEx and transport to stores as needed.
• Perform duties in alignment with CP Standards and onboarding guidance.
• Complete all tasks and reporting via mobile device.
