Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring in-store merchandisers to support retailers, build displays, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales. This is a traveling role with regular travel (up to 50%+), including paid travel with overnight stays.

We offer $15 per hour, growth opportunities, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• In-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
