The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. This traveling role requires regular travel, including overnight stays, across multiple locations.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, with a focus on safety and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel with overnight hotel stays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel as a primary requirement of the role, with up to 50%+ travel.
