Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a motivated in-store Merchandiser to support retailers across locations with displays, resets, and inventory checks. This traveling role requires visiting stores, setting up end caps, and ensuring shelves are stocked and rotated for optimum sales.

You must be comfortable traveling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and providing friendly customer service. Training is provided, and benefits are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team.
• Strong safety mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel as a primary requirement, with regular travel up to 50% or more.
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure merchandising standards are met.
