The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. This traveling role requires regular travel with overnight stays and may involve up to 50% travel.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth and benefits options available. You will interact with store management and customers, lift up to 50 lbs, and coordinate with suppliers to maximize sales

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside your home state with overnight stays.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-minded approach in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with store management and suppliers; travel as a primary job requirement, including overnight stays.
