Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandisers who will travel to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while coordinating with store teams.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. This role involves regular travel (up to 50% or more) and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and discounts through Associate Perks.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
