Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. seeks a Retail Inventory Auditor to ensure accuracy of store inventories across our network. The role combines travel, hands-on audits, and collaboration with store leadership to uphold company standards.

You’ll travel regularly, perform physical counts with handheld scanners, document findings, and identify discrepancies to improve operations while working independently and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in inventory control or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Available to work typical retail hours with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory audits at retail locations to verify inventory balances and asset accuracy.
• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management tools to accurately count merchandise.
• Follow established audit procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Store Managers and Operations teams to review findings and provide feedback.
• Maintain detailed records and complete audit documentation accurately and on time.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
• Travel regularly to support inventory audits across multiple locations.
