Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Conway, SC to lead crews on fire, water and mold restoration projects.

This temporary role requires hands-on supervision, strong safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate with Project Management to meet deadlines. Candidates should have a background in demolition, restoration or construction, be able to travel extensively, and pass background checks and I-9 documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is REQUIRED.
• Team Lead or Crew Lead experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew by explaining tasks and working side by side with crew.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining productivity on restoration projects.
• Assist PM/APM in training agency general labor on projects.
• Ensure safety and company policies are followed on site.
• Report to work on time when scheduled.
