Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking a capable general labor/crew lead to support event-driven restoration and construction projects. You will work alongside a team, perform basic cleaning, and help meet project deadlines while upholding safety standards. Candidates should have a background in demolition, restoration, and/or construction, with at least one year of experience and the ability to travel as required. Qualifications

• Background in Demolition, Restoration, and/or Construction.
• Disaster relief experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic cleaning steps for fire, water and mold damage; handle debris, inventory, loading, and unloading.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining productivity and quality.
• Assist PM or APM in training agency general labor on projects.
• Lead a crew by explaining tasks and working side by side with crew.
• Communicate effectively to promote a positive environment.
• Abide by all safety and company policies and report to work on time.
