You will manage resources, supervise subcontractors, maintain daily logs, and ensure adherence to plans. Frequent travel within Florida is required.

• Proven experience in construction supervision for residential projects.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Experience managing high-volume residential projects.
• Strong leadership and cost management skills.
• Detail-oriented with deadline focus.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring smooth planning, implementation, and completion.
• Manage high-volume, high-turnover renovations and new builds with uncompromising quality standards.
• Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects, ensuring proper staffing and material management.
• Supervise onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring they meet project standards.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to ensure reasonable costs and effective project management.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, adhering to original plans and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, weekly reports, and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.
• Maintain strict project schedules and take proactive measures to meet deadlines.
