Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide comprehensive care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
• Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and implementing nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards and ensuring care aligns with age- and population-specific guidelines.
• Supporting patients through all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Maintaining compliance with nursing practice acts, standards, and ethical guidelines.
