Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver on-site dental hygiene services across facilities within a 3-hour radius. You will work with the DDS, clinical coordinator, and facility staff to meet patient needs and ensure high standards of care.

The role requires an active RDH license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. You will manage chart notes in Salesforce, maintain equipment, and participate in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in good standing with the state.
• 5 years of dental hygiene experience or more.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to push/pull equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene care on-site at facilities in coordination with the DDS and staff.
• Take X-rays, perform cleaning, sealants, and assess oral health; report findings to the dentist.
• Explain procedures to patients and follow up with facility staff.
