Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a traveling Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment across North America. The role requires knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration, and electrical controls, with a focus on ammonia and CO₂ systems.

The schedule follows a 10‑day tour pattern, often delivering 50–60 hours weekly. A high school diploma or GED is required, with EPA certification and RETA credentials preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC school preferred.
• Universal EPA certification or ability to obtain.
• RETA 1/2 certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug, felony, and motor vehicle screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment for customer accounts.
• Travel to client sites as part of a 10-day tour schedule.
• Work with ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems and associated controls.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
