Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Valid Driver’s License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
• Ability to push/pull +/- 200 lbs. and lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site hygiene services at facilities.
• Transport and set up dental equipment and supplies.
• Maintain dental equipment and log chart notes using Salesforce.
