Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% with two-to-three weeks on a project followed by one week at home.
• Maintain a strong safety culture on all projects.
• Repair and rebuild track and bridge structures using hydraulic and manual tools.
• Remove/replace rails and ties; pull and drive spikes; shovel ballast; load/unload equipment.
• Operate and maintain tampers, regulators, backhoes, torches, hammers, jacks, and related tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Stay updated on FRA and other railroad regulations and ensure compliance.
• Follow company policies and promote safe work practices.
