Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred
• Must be flexible in shifts as needed per client site

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
