Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager in Georgia (Duluth area) to manage operations across multiple properties. The role involves independent work at various locations, helping customers select storage solutions, and ensuring facilities are market-ready.

Responsibilities include unit inspections, cash handling, and assisting customers with payments and collections. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments reminders and collections as needed.
