Cambridge Management, Ltd. is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to keep assigned properties clean, safe, functional, and presentable.

This role involves traveling between multiple properties daily and performing routine maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep, and property inspections. The ideal candidate takes pride in a detail-oriented approach, communicates professionally with tenants and property managers, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic handyman or general maintenance aptitude a plus (we train).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, well-kept property.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds upkeep and cleanliness around properties.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and basic fixtures.
• Complete minor repairs and touch-ups as needed.
• Monitor property conditions and report larger issues.
• Travel between properties in company vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools properly.
• Document work and close out work orders in system.
• Escalate complex issues to dispatchers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work vehicle.
