Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion in various locations.
• Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement contract management practices to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and support to site personnel and subcontractors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, methods, and best practices.
