Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Supervisor or management experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Lead management of SPO projects including staffing, planning, budget, and risk management
• Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contract and subcontract compliance
• Oversee field operations, scheduling, cost control, and QC programs
• Drive safety protocols and timely pay applications and invoicing
