Job summary

A leading construction firm based in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of construction management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include leading project direction, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are upheld. This position will require travel to various project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience required.
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely.
• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for projects.
• Manage the JE Dunn pre-start process and support pre-construction team.
• Lead project closeout process using best practices.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Proficiency in project management and accounting software

Ability to manage budgets

Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
