You’ll partner with Superintendents and engineers to keep work moving safely and efficiently, manage subcontractors, change orders, and owner billings while aligning crews with DOT timelines and field realities.

• Execution: Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Financials: Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Scheduling: Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
