The role requires 5+ years in construction management and a 4-year degree (or equivalent). Expect travel across regions and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead all phases of construction projects while collaborating with operations, field leadership, preconstruction, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and communication to maintain alignment across all stakeholders and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Project Execution

Client Experience

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive experience from kickoff through completion.
