Clark Bros, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Project Engineer to support heavy civil and renewable energy construction projects across the United States.

This field-based role requires full-time travel and extended stays at project sites, working alongside the Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver safe, on-schedule, and budget-compliant projects. The ideal candidate enjoys field work, problem solving, and coordinating with crews and clients while relocating between assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field engineering support on-site daily with PM and Superintendent.
• Travel to project assignments across the United States and relocate as needed.
• Develop understanding of plans, schedules, contracts, and project objectives.
• Assist with planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet budgets and schedules.
• Review and approve daily reports, timecards, and labor hours.
