Job summary

Clark Bros, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and BESS.

You will oversee engineering coordination, procurement, construction execution, project controls, and client management to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Join a team focused on safety, collaboration and problem-solving as projects span the western United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in renewable energy, heavy civil, or EPC environments.
• Experience delivering utility-scale solar, wind, or battery energy storage projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and subcontract management.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and construction safety programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of EPC renewable energy projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Plan work sequencing with field leadership, staffing, productivity goals and project schedules.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk with clear client and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities and construction planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts; adjust as needed.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, procurement, and performance oversight.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders to protect schedule and finances.
• Lead project meetings with clients, engineering partners and key stakeholders.
