Job summary

gpac is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to support major infrastructure restoration and repair projects across the region. The role offers exposure to large, complex projects and a fast-paced construction environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-5 years in civil or commercial construction, a willingness to travel up to 60%, and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role. Office and field site work with opportunities for mentorship and rapid career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in project engineering, assistant PM, or field engineering.
• Experience with civil, heavy civil, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 60% regionally.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to support the execution of major infrastructure restoration and repair projects throughout the region. This role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their construction career while working on large, complex projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in civil or commercial construction and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role. This position requires regional travel up to 60% of the time, with assignments typically lasting up to two weeks at a time. The work environment includes both office and active construction project sites.
