FindTalent is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Director to lead and oversee high-profile rail and mission-critical infrastructure projects across the country. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating seamless communication between project teams, stakeholders, and executives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, problem-solving expertise, and a commitment to safety while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership – Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Project Oversight – Manage the planning, execution, and closeout of major infrastructure projects.
  • Problem Resolution – Serve as the escalation point for critical project issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Team Management – Establish clear roles and responsibilities for project teams during both planning and operational phases.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and executives.
  • Client Relations – Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
