Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Three+ years of experience in project controls/cost control/scheduling/estimating
• Experience in industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction preferred
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain cost reports, earned value analyses, and forecasting dashboards.
• Assist teams with budget development, cost coding, and financial tracking.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; identify variances and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reports and project performance summaries.
• Collaborate with field operations and management to improve reporting accuracy.
