Travel to Holyoke and Springfield on Thursdays from 8am to 5pm.

May assist on other days as needed.

We are actively seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team! As a Registered Dental Assistant (DA), you will be an essential part of the care team, supporting the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatments. Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, compassionate care to every patient.
  • Guide parents of minors and patients through our processes before treatment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
  • Take x-rays and save them to patient charts (location-dependent).
  • Ensure operational readiness of the hygiene bay and treatment rooms.
  • Mix amalgam, cement, pulp paste, and prepare impression materials.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, chairs, and rooms.
  • Assist dental staff during treatments, including suctioning, retractors, and sutures.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures.
  • Pour, trim, and polish impression casts, and fabricate custom trays.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • X-ray certification as per state and practice requirements.
  • Certified dental assistant credentials as per state and practice requirements.
