Wright Technical Services is seeking a skilled Press Brake Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and test Mitsubishi Machining products at customer sites across the United States. The role requires extensive travel, mostly Monday–Friday, with overnights as necessary and weekends at home.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, interpreting schematics, documenting resolutions, and communicating professionally with customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with on-site field service repair of machinery
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday, including overnight stays as needed

Aufgaben

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding as needed
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Document in detail product problems and resolutions
• Other duties as assigned
