Job summary

Croell, Inc. in Gillette, WY is seeking a Plant Construction Laborer who will travel across Croell’s operating states to assemble metal frameworks for new buildings. This full-time, seasonal role requires hands-on work, strict safety practices, and reliable attendance.

You will weld, fit girders, operate power tools, and assist in pre-construction through closeout. Overnight travel is common during peak season, with benefits including medical, 401(k), and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screen, MVR check, and drug test.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
• Fabrication skills including welding and electrical.
• Experience in general construction and operating equipment.
• Must wear PPE and be dependable for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-construction, construction, and close phases of projects.
• Assemble the metal framework by fitting girders, pipework and beams.
• Operate saws, air tools, and general hand/power tools; weld and cut.
• Make general repairs and troubleshoot hydraulics, pumps, motors.
• Lift heavy objects and travel overnight during peak season.
