Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Pipe Welder to support large-scale mechanical construction projects across North America. The role offers hourly pay between $30 and $48 and a 10‑day tour schedule, typically 50–60 hours per week, with travel responsibilities required.

You will perform welding and pipe fitting on critical systems, operate related tools, and adhere to stringent safety and quality standards while working on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of welding and pipe fitting experience.
• Must pass 6G weld test and be safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Weld pipe from 3/4" to 18" diameter, typically 2"–6".
• Install and fit piping for large-scale projects.
• Operate grinders, torches, and rigging tools safely.
• Travel on a 10-day tour with long shifts, 50–60 hrs per week.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive jobsite.
