Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Pipe Welder to support large-scale mechanical construction projects nationwide. The role requires welding and pipe fitting on critical systems, with extensive travel and a 10-day tour schedule, typically 50–60 hours per week.

Salary ranges from $30 to $48 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth in North America. Candidates must pass a 6G weld test and be able to lift up to 75 lb occasionally.

Qualifications

• Welding and pipe fitting proficiency required.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specs.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
• Willingness to travel extensively on a rotating tour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Weld pipe ranging from 3/4in to 18in diameters; typical work on 2in–6in pipe.
• Perform welds on critical system components (compressors, vessels, evaporators, condensers).
• Cut, bevel, fit, and weld pipes with open root methods; handle up to 50 lb regularly.
