Samaritan Albany General Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide safe and effective therapy services, including evaluation, treatment, and education to meet individual patient goals. You will communicate professionally with patients, families, and the care team and promote strong teamwork across rehabilitation disciplines.

The role requires an Oregon PT license and BLS certification, with ability to travel between care sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Responsabilités
