Turner Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Process Piping Engineer for the Advanced Technology Group to support biotech/pharma projects nationwide. The role includes managing engineering staff, budgets, and information flow across field teams on a traveling basis.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, strong BIM/Lean knowledge, and proven leadership, communication, and project management skills for GMP-focused construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum eight years of related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control procedures.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering staff and project-level procedures.
• Coordinate information flow among project team members.
• Lead preconstruction efforts related to Project Engineering and GMP budgeting.
• Conduct constructability reviews and QA/QC of drawings and specs.
• Prepare cost estimates, procurement schedules, and trade scopes.
• Manage change orders and the close-out process.
• Oversee project financial status and reporting.
• Schedule, conduct, and document job meetings with owners and subs.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance are followed at all times.
