Job summary

Petco is seeking a Vetco Customer Service Team member who will travel to local Petco clinic locations to support veterinarians and engage with pet parents. You will recommend services to protect pets and provide exceptional customer care while traveling across our market.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents at clinics and recommend services that protect their pets.
• Assist the Veterinarian so services can be administered.
• Travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day and support Vetco services.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Reliably support the team and contribute to a positive store/clinic environment.
• Uphold Petco values in interactions with pets, parents, and teammates.
