Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Vetco Customer Service Team member to support pet clinics and pet parents across multiple locations. You will travel to assigned Petco clinic locations, greet pet parents, and help coordinate services under the supervision of veterinarians.

Your role combines frontline customer service with clinic support. You should be passionate about animals, capable of working in a dynamic environment, and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel across the Market and adapt to changing locations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend Petco services and products to pet parents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Travel between clinics as part of the Vetco Customer Service team.
