Endodontic Specialists of NEPA PC - Hazleton is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support our busy specialty practice and the Kingston office as needed. You will welcome patients, maintain records, handle calls and emails, and ensure the front desk presents a professional, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Desire to help patients; patient service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
• Check, sort and forward emails.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• Must be willing to travel to both Hazleton and Kingston offices, as needed.
