Job summary

The Neiders Company, based in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced painter to support our multifamily apartment communities and extended stay properties across the Seattle area. You will handle interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, texture matching, apartment turns, and cosmetic improvements while traveling between properties within our growing portfolio.

Travel is required using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience including interior/exterior work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between properties and complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Experience in property management or multifamily housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface prep, patching, priming, and finishing.
• Repair drywall and perform texture matching and color matching as needed.
• Handle apartment turns and cosmetic improvements across multiple properties.
• Safely operate painting equipment and maintain tools.
• Collaborate with managers and maintenance teams to coordinate projects.
