Qualifications

• Experience as a multifamily project manager or owner’s representative.
• Willingness to travel weekly/bi-monthly to projects across states.
• Wamiliar with coordinating construction and operator goals in a development context.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multifamily construction process.
• Run the change order management process during construction.
• Coordinate and oversee owner-initiated changes during construction.
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator.
