Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services seeks an Internal Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Traveler to provide OT services across skilled nursing facilities in California, under supervision of a licensed OT. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting outcomes, and leading functional sessions while traveling between facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in California required.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong ADL and functional intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services under supervision while traveling across SNFs.
• Implement treatment plans, monitor resident progress, and document outcomes.
• Conduct group and functional sessions as appropriate.
• Travel between facilities as scheduled.
• Collaborate with OTs, therapy staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support facility staff and promote best practices.
