Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certifications.
• License/registration as required by the state for dental assistants.
• Specialty travel may be required; reliable transport a must.
• Background check and motor vehicle record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Prepare patients, maintain sterility, and handle instrument processing.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front/back office teams for smooth scheduling.
• Record chart notes in the digital patient chart per clinician guidance.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, and ensure compliant infection control.
• Support PPE initiatives and participate in team huddles and meetings.
