Greenhaven Modern Dentistry in Sacramento is seeking a Specialty Dental Assistant to support clinicians across Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics or Pediatric dentistry. The role requires travel between offices with valid licensure and a focus on patient comfort and high-quality care.

You will prepare patients, assist the dentist, take radiographs, manage charts, and help maintain a clean, efficient practice while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification/licensure.
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required; travel to multiple offices may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide dental assisting support in specialty areas (Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pediatric).
• Assist clinicians and maintain sterile operatory environments.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to deliver efficient care.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photographs as directed by the clinician.
• Manage charting and treatment records in the digital patient chart.
• Support front/back office teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold company culture and brand standards.
