A leading company in optical care is seeking a skilled Optician to enhance patient experiences and drive store sales. The role involves filling prescriptions, guiding patients in frame selection, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Ideal candidates have retail experience and relevant state certification.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The basic function of the Optician is to attract and retain patients by delivering an exceptional patient experience, foster patient retention, and promote outstanding doctor satisfaction. This role is for someone who has the ability to travel between locations to support business needs, time off and help to coach and train staff on best practices.

High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience typically achieved with a minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment.
