Compass Group USA's CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Operations Support Training Manager to deliver high-quality training, onboarding, and operational support across multiple dining service locations in Southern California. The role ensures teams are compliant, well-trained, and prepared to deliver resident-centered hospitality.

Ideal candidates have strong BOH/FOH experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently to support sites.

Qualifications

• Train BOH and FOH in food safety, sanitation and HACCP.
• Train on regulatory compliance, health‑dept standards and infection control.
• Deliver hospitality training: resident‑centered service, etiquette, recovery.
• Provide SOP, menu execution, allergy awareness, special diets training.
• Coach frontline associates and mentor to roles.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard teams across multiple dining sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support new program rollouts and operational launches.
• Maintain training records and track completion.
