Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards in assisted living and memory care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and adapt to diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to community leadership to ensure consistent high-quality operations across all departments.
• Serve as interim coverage for Executive Director and Wellness Director during vacancies.
• Collaborate with community leaders to implement systems and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including licensure and safety standards; conduct documentation audits.
• Lead or contribute to performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support recruitment and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to executives and department leaders and assist with onboarding training.
• Engage residents and families to promote service excellence and issue resolution.
