Job summary

Maximize Health is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Medical Assistant to join our team as a Float, traveling between multiple senior care facilities. You will oversee daily office operations and provide clinical support to providers and patients across our facility network.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to different environments while maintaining HIPAA compliance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and update medical histories.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at facilities to ensure efficiency and patient service.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office communications across locations.
• Comply with office policies and procedures at each facility.
• Handle ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage lab specimen collection.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and organized at each site.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Travel between facilities as assigned, maintaining consistent quality of care.
